Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)
Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Standard delivery times within the Netherlands are 1-3 business days. All packages are shipped with a track-and-trace code, which you will receive via email after your order is processed. This tracking feature allows you to easily follow the status of your shipment. Typically, deliveries occur from Monday through Saturday, and the delivery service aims to complete deliveries within 2 business days in most cases.

In rare instances, such as busy periods or unforeseen challenges with our delivery partners, your delivery might take a bit longer. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience, as delivery times are influenced by factors beyond our direct control.

Future Expansion to Europe and International Shipping
In the near future, we plan to expand our shipping services to countries within Europe and eventually offer international delivery options beyond Europe. Estimated delivery times for these regions are as follows:

  • Within Europe: 3-7 business days
  • International (outside Europe): 7-14 business days

More details on these options will be provided as we expand our shipping network.

Shipping Issues and Delays
If you have not received your order within one week of the expected delivery date, please contact us through our available support channels. We will immediately investigate the status of your package and work to find a suitable solution for you.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, returns are only possible within 30 days for non-perishable items and will not be accepted for damaged can lids or products with minor dents. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a photo of the product and order number sent to our email at info@sweetstreets.nl.

To start a return, contact us at info@sweetstreets.nl. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received: unopened, unused, and with all tags intact in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, but within 24 hours after receiving the order, at info@sweetstreets.nl so we can assess the issue and offer a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable Goods: We cannot accept returns on food and drinks.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: These are final sale and are non-refundable.
  • Hazardous Materials and Personal Care Items: Custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and personal care items are also not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to complete the processing.
